    I go to this place to get my Temporary Disabled Parking placard renewed every month. I have been coming here for over three years (I don't qualify for a permanent disabled parking) - twice a year, and we have come here to pay taxes and other paperwork only things. Right off of Ridgetop Circle it is easy to find, with lot of good parking. I have never EVER found it crowded. Even when there are several clients in there - they have always moved quickly and efficiently, with a great deal of politeness. It really does help if you go in there with a smile and positive attitude folks - people respond to that and return the favor. Not having to stand in a line a huge plus for me because of my walking disability - and they have always tried to make sure I get to a chair at the window as soon as possible.

    In and out in less then 30 mins.ive reg atleast 6 vehicles there wth no issues. Very prompt and courteous service matter fact I'm going there this week
