  When I go for deposit money minimum they are taking 30 minutes without busy or if they get 4 or 5 customer maybe she taking 45 minutes and nobody come to help her actually this bank manager or management problem

  We paid our landlord with a $500 check which was deposited at Regal plaza branch. They only credited the landlords account with $300. It has been a month and Bank of America still has not rectified their mistake with either my bank or the landlords account to my knowledge. How does a bank that's held accountable for every penny not know that there was an overage of $200 nor did they look to find the mistake and call the account holder or directly deposit the money into her account????

  Literally only one teller everytime I come in, whether it's morning or afternoon. It's clear they are understaffed. So be prepared to wait in line. However all employees are very helpful and incredibly nice and more importantly they know what they are doing.
